magnificent location in a nice area close enough to the old town in bansko. exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels in the room.

Comfortable and well-maintained rooms with a nice balcony, they never ran out of toilet paper, and the staff here is top-notch. the location is ideal for hitting the ski slopes ⛷️.

The hotel was recently renovated and had a nice ambiance. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, with easy access to the center of town. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients made by the hotel. the room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a light sleeper like myself.

The hotel rooms are warm and amazingly comfortable. the location is absolutely perfect and excellent, just 1 mile from Gondola Lift. - the atmosphere of the venue is quiet.

Poor Breakfast and Small Room Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather disappointing, without much variety and subpar ingredients. the room was also quite small, which could be an issue who value personal space.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in a charming city. The staff were very hospitable, making me feel welcome even though I was alone. They remembered I was vegetarian and made me eggs for breakfast. The hotel facilities were great, including a garage for parking and a homely restaurant with a fireplace. The location was also good, with restaurants just a short walk away.
